Plumber: We’re asking for Journeyman level with three years of experience but if we find the right fit, strong service attitude and work ethic, we can handle less experience but they need to be able to at least hit the ground running with most things. Pay is $36.81 per hour with great benefits: vacation, sick time, retirement, etc. We get 23 paid holidays this year (two weeks off at Christmas). Tuition remission also – which is huge if anyone wants to take classes themselves or has dependents in or about to enter college (and it’s possible to swap to another school if they don’t want to attend here.) Also some consider driving to the same location every day a benefit as well.
Senior Manager for Building Maintenance:
This person will assist Kelly Geishauser and manage 15 people. They will plan, assign, supervise and coordinate work; troubleshoot problems, manage corrective and preventive maintenance tasks and repairs for all trade related items to include: electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting and carpentry as well fire alarm, etc. Pay is $85k per year plus the same full benefits as listed for the plumber.
