Sponsorship opportunities are now open for Business Partners at the 2025 Annual MD/DC APPA Educational Program. The annual meeting will be on June 11-12, 2025, at the Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD. This year’s educational program will have a different format than the previous years, The format for the MD/DC APPA summer meeting will consist of a variety of mini-educational sessions with topics. We also appreciate the solutions that Business Partners bring to our institutions.
This year, all sponsorship levels will be $ 1,700. Your sponsorship includes attendance for one person for all of the conference activities, participation in all the mini-educational sessions, a space for your company’s promotional display in the conference area, an opportunity to be recognized to the general audience (if requested), many opportunities for one-on-one contact with institutional reps throughout the conference, and a list of attendees emailed at the conclusion of the conference. If you need to add a hotel room for Thursday, it can be added for a discounted rate of $200.00 for one person. Sponsorships are available for the following conference events:
Additional members of your company can register at the standard rate of $550.00, through our website shown below. This fee includes their full participation and lodging for Thursday night. If no lodging is needed for Thursday night the standard rate will be $400.00. We also have a spouse/guest rate of $200.00 if no hotel stay is required for the guest.
